Brandon Hedvat

Brandon Hedvat is an accomplished financial executive with a robust background in finance and acquisitions. Currently serving as Vice President of Finance and Acquisitions at Diamond Communications since November 2023, Brandon has previously held key leadership roles such as Vice President of Finance & Corporate Development at Bowlero Corporation, where significant initiatives in mergers and acquisitions were executed. Prior experience includes serving as Director at Atairos, where sourcing and executing investments in diverse sectors was managed, and as Senior Associate at The Carlyle Group, focusing on private equity investments. Brandon began a career in finance at Barclays, first as an M&A Analyst and later as a Summer Analyst, and has also gained experience through internships at Goldman Sachs and Spirus Group. An educated professional, Brandon holds degrees in Economics and Engineering from The Wharton School and the University of Pennsylvania.
