As the Chief Executive Officer and President of Diamond Mattress since September 2004, Shaun Pennington has focused on developing a strong and engaging company culture while overseeing various departments and fostering leadership training. Additionally, Shaun Pennington serves as the Co-Owner and Vice President of Lotus Properties, a self-owned multi-family property company since January 2014, specializing in the acquisition, improvement, and management of housing units. Shaun Pennington completed a Professional Coaching program at the ACE Academy of Coaching Excellence and holds a BA with dual majors in Anthropology and Religious Studies from UC Santa Barbara.
