Shanthakumar Gunasekaaran has a diverse work experience in the human resources field. Shanthakumar started their career at Sutherland Global Services in 2004 and then moved on to work at HSBC in 2005. From 2006 to 2018, Shanthakumar worked at Cognizant Technology Solutions in various roles within the human resources department. In 2018, they co-founded Diamondpick, a talent solutions company focused on providing innovative and complete talent solutions for enterprises in the digital technology and operations industry.
Shanthakumar Gunasekaaran began their education in 1998 when they enrolled at SVCE. Shanthakumar pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Mechanical Engineering and completed their studies in 2002. Afterward, they attended VIT University from 2002 to 2004 to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services.
