Kaustubh Deshpande

Kaustubh Deshpande is a seasoned Full Stack Developer with extensive experience in software development and team leadership. Currently at Diaspark Inc since January 2023, Kaustubh is focused on projects involving Java and ReactJs. Previously, as a Full Stack Developer and Lead at Talentica Software/Bakkt from January 2020 to January 2023, Kaustubh led a six-member team in delivering features for a payment wallet application using Agile methodologies while also developing backend services with Spring Boot. Prior experience includes a Senior Software Engineer role at Talentica Software/Invoke Solutions, where Kaustubh developed key features for a survey product and a Senior Developer position at Seavus Education and Development Center, focusing on server-side REST APIs. Earlier, as a Lead Engineer at Samsung R&D Institute India, Kaustubh developed a Spring Boot application for user and device management, and during the initial career phase at Accenture, worked on automation test script development and testing. Kaustubh holds a B.Tech in Electronics and Communications from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology, obtained in 2009.
