Monica Trøen Volden is an experienced professional in the field of Insight, Analytics, and Business Intelligence, currently serving as the Head of Insight and Analytics at Dibber since May 2024. Prior to this, Monica held various leadership roles at Elkjop Nordic AS from February 2015 to May 2024, including Nordic Insight and Analytics Director and Head of Information Management and IT Governance. Monica's expertise encompasses data warehousing, business intelligence, and analytics, with responsibilities aimed at ensuring reliable information and supporting business needs. Monica's earlier career includes significant positions at Gjensidige and Capgemini, as well as extensive experience at Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics, where Monica led multiple BI initiatives and projects. Monica holds multiple master's degrees from BI Norwegian Business School and certifications including Scrum and IBM Cognos 8.
