Carly Morrison

Carly Morrison serves as the Head of Product Development & Packaging at DIBS Beauty since March 2025, bringing extensive experience in the beauty industry. Prior roles include Senior Director and Senior Manager of Product Development at MAKEUP BY MARIO, as well as various positions at MAC Cosmetics, including Manager of Global Product Development. Morrison's career began at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. and included internships at Tory Burch and Bobbi Brown Cosmetics. Educationally, Morrison holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Visual Arts, Marketing, and Communications from Fordham Gabelli School of Business.
