Litha Soto Palomino

Litha Soto Palomino has extensive experience in the food service industry. From 2006 to 2016, Litha worked at Dickey's Barbecue Restaurants, Inc., starting as a Cashier and eventually moving up to the role of Director of Operations. As the Director of Operations, Litha led and oversaw the operations of six restaurants, ensuring they met operational standards and priorities. Litha also managed staff scheduling, labor costs, and reported monthly expenses and income as a General Manager. Prior to that, Litha served as an Assistant Manager, providing daily leadership and training for the crew, and making labor decisions to meet financial targets. In 2020, Litha became the Chief Executive Officer of Zuper Elote.

Litha Soto Palomino obtained a High School Diploma from Fossil Ridge High School in 2006. In 2014 and 2015, they attended Fraire Makeup Academy and earned a Makeup Artis Certification.
