Bhargava Sreeraman

Bhargava Sreeraman is an experienced Release Train Engineer and Scrum Master at diconium, a Volkswagen Group company, since August 2020. With a strong background in Agile methodologies, Bhargava has successfully coached multiple teams in Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, enabling them to navigate project complexities and deliver value. Prior to diconium, Bhargava served as a Project Management Consultant at ZF Group, focusing on Agile project management, and held positions at Lufthansa Technik, Extentor Tquila, WinWire Technologies Inc., Infosys, Sonata Software, and Phoenix Global Solutions. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Business Consulting from Hochschule Furtwangen and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
