Pablo Quintero Medina

Pablo Quintero Medina is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in government affairs and public policy. Currently, as the Government Affairs Manager for the Andean Region at DiDi since June 2021, Pablo leads the development and execution of government engagement strategies across Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru, while managing regulatory relationships with diverse stakeholders. Previously, as a Public Policy Manager at DiDi, Pablo coordinated impact evaluation studies and crafted corporate narratives to strengthen advocacy efforts. In earlier roles, including Gerente Asuntos Públicos at LLYC and Political and Legislative Advisor at Secretaría Distrital de Salud, Pablo demonstrated expertise in public affairs, stakeholder engagement, and legislative processes. Educational credentials include a Specialist degree in Public Policy and Development from Universidad de Los Andes, a Master's in Corporate Communication from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Universidad de Los Andes.
