Jesse Martin has extensive experience in the manufacturing and agricultural sectors, currently serving as an Elevator Operator at Didion since June 2020, where oversight of daily operations ensures efficient grain handling, storage, and transportation. Prior to this role, Jesse worked as a Machine Operator at The Kraft Heinz Company from November 2015 to June 2020, focusing on the operation and maintenance of machinery for cream cheese production. Jesse's experience also includes serving as a Computer Numerical Control Machinist at Sussex Machine Shop Ltd. from July 2013 to November 2015. Educationally, Jesse holds an Associate's degree in Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) Machinist Technology from Akron CNC Training Center-LC, completed in May 2012.

Together, we make a difference. Didion is a family-owned agricultural processing company with two business units, Didion Milling and Didion Bioscience. Didion Milling processes over 86,000 bushels of corn each day from a vast network of local producers. Operating North America’s newest dry corn mill, we separate the richest parts of each kernel and produce ingredients for some of the nation’s most respected food brands. Didion Milling also produces over 350 million meals annually for the USAID program through the USDA. These meals help to fight hunger in four dozen developing nations. The co-located Didion Bioscience facility produces USP-grade alcohol suitable for home cleaning, sanitizing products, cosmetics and more. In addition, Didion Bioscience produces over 50 million gallons of clean-burning ethanol annually.
