Karyn Hickman is an experienced Customer Relations Manager at Didion Milling, Inc., where responsibilities include supporting domestic customers and coordinating with internal teams to ensure efficient order processing and customer satisfaction since October 2007. Prior to this role, Karyn held various management positions in the food service industry, including Assistant Manager and Server at Benvenuto's Italian Grill and Manager at Gurley Street Grille and Green Valley Grill. Karyn's career also features significant experience in event management and development roles, with leadership positions at American Humane, Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center, and Arthritis Research Institute of America. Karyn received an Associate's degree in Marketing and Business from Community College of Denver after studying at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside.

Together, we make a difference. Didion is a family-owned agricultural processing company with two business units, Didion Milling and Didion Bioscience. Didion Milling processes over 86,000 bushels of corn each day from a vast network of local producers. Operating North America’s newest dry corn mill, we separate the richest parts of each kernel and produce ingredients for some of the nation’s most respected food brands. Didion Milling also produces over 350 million meals annually for the USAID program through the USDA. These meals help to fight hunger in four dozen developing nations. The co-located Didion Bioscience facility produces USP-grade alcohol suitable for home cleaning, sanitizing products, cosmetics and more. In addition, Didion Bioscience produces over 50 million gallons of clean-burning ethanol annually.
