Marek Fila

Marek Fila has extensive work experience in the manufacturing industry. Marek started their career at ELMOT in 1998 as an Electronic Engineer and later became a Master of Production. In 2000, they joined Diehl Controls Polska and held various roles, including Senior Specialist of Test Systems and Test System Engineer. In 2006, they transitioned to Diehl Controls, where they worked as the Head of Testing Department and later became the Value Stream Manager. Marek also served as the Production Director Deputy and is currently the Head of Production since June 2023.

Marek Fila completed their education in a chronological order. From 1994 to 1998, they attended Opole Technical University where they earned an Engineering degree with a specialization in Automation and Robotics. Following this, they pursued further education at Uniwersytet WSB Merito Wrocław from 2015 to 2017 and obtained a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Studies.
