Wesley H. is an experienced software engineering leader with a proven track record in various roles across different companies. Currently serving as the Software Engineering Team Lead at Here Now Help since March 2023, Wesley H. oversees developers in creating Laravel APIs and mobile applications, notably developing an AI self-harm filter that flags risky posts. As Engineering Team Lead at Diesel Laptops since September 2021, Wesley H. manages a team of ten, implements continuous integration/deployment processes, and has built systems to synchronize user data across platforms.
