Andrea Marcantonio currently serves as the Global Head of CRM at Diesel since May 2024. Prior to this role, Andrea worked as the Global CRM Manager at KIKO MILANO from January 2022 to May 2024, and as the Global Consumer Contact Manager at Barilla Group between April 2019 and January 2022. Andrea’s career in CRM began at Ducati Motor Holding, where roles included Customer Care and Satisfaction Manager, CRM Processes and Data Analysis Manager, and CRM and Customer Insights Specialist from February 2009 to March 2019. Andrea holds a Laurea specialistica in Scienze statistiche from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
