Dr. Andrea Manzoni is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the energy and industrial sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director at Dietsmann Libya since September 2019, Manzoni previously held the position of Group Maintenance and Reliability Director at ILVA SpA from September 2015 to September 2019. Prior to that, a significant tenure at Bonatti S.p.A. entailed roles as Operations and Development Director for Central Asia and Project Director focused on Karachaganak projects in Kazakhstan. Earlier positions include Operation Manager for SICIM overseeing projects in Kazakhstan’s Kashagan, Aksai, and Tengiz areas, as well as Project Manager at Dietsmann for operations and maintenance activities in Libya. Manzoni began a career as General Manager at Comerint Saudi Arabia, contributing full-time as a consultant at the Saudi Polyolephins Company. Academically, Manzoni holds a Doctor of Business Administration in International Business from Walden University, a Doctorate in Industrial Engineering from Università degli Studi di Bergamo, and an MBA from Università degli Studi di Genova.
