Andrew Freeman has a strong background in finance and infrastructure. Andrew started their career with an internship at EY as a Forensic Accountant. Following this, they worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers for 10 years, where they held a leadership role in Infrastructure Finance and provided transaction support to infrastructure investors. Andrew then joined Thames Tideway Tunnel as a Member of the Board of Directors for one year. Currently, Andrew is working at DIF Capital Partners as a Partner - Global Head of Divestments + People Talent Partner and as the Head of DIF UK. Andrew has extensive experience in infrastructure acquisitions, managing funds, and negotiating complex contracts.
Andrew Freeman earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business from the University of Portsmouth between 1997 and 2001. Andrew later pursued a Chartered Accountant qualification from BPP Professional Education & Development from 2001 to 2003. Andrew is also certified as a chartered accountant by ICAS - The Professional Body of CAs.
