Courtney Adelman is a seasoned Creative Strategist with experience in various media roles, currently serving at DIFF Eyewear since June 2024. Prior to this, Courtney worked as a Senior Creative Strategist at Ready Set from August 2021 to June 2024, where responsibilities included collaborating with clients such as Hims&Hers, Nurx, Noom, and Quay to develop targeted paid social ads, overseeing campaign execution, and managing a creative team. Additional experience includes a role as a News Anchor at iHeartMedia, and previous positions as a Morning Anchor and Multimedia Journalist at Nexstar Media Group, where multiple news stories were reported and produced. Earlier internships and roles at WSVN-TV, Daily Flash TV, and University of Miami Television enriched Courtney’s foundation in journalism and media production. Courtney holds a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Miami.
