Caroline Freakes is an accomplished professional in the field of research and client services, currently serving as Vice President of Client Services at Dig Insights since October 2020. Prior experience includes roles such as Senior Director at Vivid Connections, where responsibility lay in qualitative research consultancy and strategic facilitation, and Vice President at Ipsos Reid UU, leading qualitative teams and driving client retention.
