Nitika Chitkara

Nitika Chitkara is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources, with a career spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Dig Insights since January 2021, Nitika has held various roles including Talent Acquisition Manager and Talent Acquisition Specialist within the same company. Prior to this, Nitika worked as a recruiter while self-employed and as a Consultant in HR at Positive Moves from June 2006 to July 2014, specializing in end-to-end recruitment processes. Notably, Nitika began a career in public service as an Assistant Visa Officer at the Singapore High Commission, addressing public inquiries related to visa applications from April 2004 to May 2006. Educated with a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Sheffield Hallam University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics Honours from Delhi University, Nitika is equipped with extensive knowledge and expertise in the field.
