Kavya Kumbhare

Kavya Kumbhare is an experienced human resource professional with a career spanning over a decade. Currently, as a Senior Human Resource at Digi Osmosis since July 2019, Kavya focuses on employee engagement initiatives. Previously, Kavya held positions at Tech Mahindra as an HR Executive and at Serco Global Services as a Senior HR Executive, managing employee relations for a significant workforce and implementing retention programs. Earlier roles at Serco included HR Generalist and HR Recruiter, where responsibilities ranged from conducting employee listening initiatives to closing recruitment for various positions. Kavya began the career as an Office Administrator at ICA Edu Skills, following foundational education at St. Lawrence High School.
