Conrad Erasmus has extensive work experience in finance and operations. Conrad started their career at KPMG as an Associate Director, where they were responsible for strategic planning, budgeting, and building client relationships. During this time, they also oversaw national projects and managed a team of 124 people.
After leaving KPMG, Conrad joined Bridge as the Chief Operating Officer. In this role, they had overall responsibility for product delivery, including branches, call centers, and sales platforms. Conrad also managed payment and collection processes and the debtor portfolio.
Most recently, Conrad worked at Digicall Group as the Group CFO. Conrad was in charge of the full finance function across operations in South Africa, Australia, and the UK. As part of the executive team, they contributed to the strategic direction of the group, which had over 5,000 employees and operations in various industries.

Conrad Erasmus has a strong educational background in Accounting and Finance. Conrad first attended the University of Pretoria/Universiteit van Pretoria in 1995, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting Sciences, completing their studies in 1997. In 1998, they returned to the same institution to earn an Honors degree in Accounting and Finance, which they completed that same year.
In addition to their academic achievements, Conrad also acquired professional certifications. In July 2017, they obtained the First Level Regulatory Examination: FSPs and KIs in Categories I, II, IIA, III, and IV from the Financial Services Board. More recently, in October 2020, they obtained the RE5 Regulatory Examination from the Financial Sector Conduct Authority.
Although Conrad's specific start and end years are not provided, they also hold a CA(SA) degree from the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants.
