Prior to this role, Henry held various positions at Digicel Turks & Caicos Islands, including CTO and Head of Network Engineering, from January 2005 to June 2015. Additional experience includes a role as Senior Switching Engineer at Digicel Jamaica Limited from 2002 to 2004 and a Junior Executive Network Support position at Cable & Wireless Jamaica from 1995 to 2000. Henry holds a Bachelor's degree in Digital Controls from the University of Technology, obtained between 1997 and 2000, and has furthered education at the Jamaica Institute of Management from 1995 to 1996.
