Prior to this role, Keron has held various significant positions at Digicel Group, including Group Head of Transformation Delivery, Group Head of Digital PMO, and Group IT Project Manager, driving major technology and business change programs across multiple regions. Previous experience also includes serving as a Digital Transformation Consultant for the Government of Jamaica and as a Senior Software Engineer and Lecturer at Northern Caribbean University. Keron's educational background includes a Master's degree in Information Technology with an emphasis on Software Engineering from the University of Liverpool and a Bachelor of Science in Information Science from Northern Caribbean University.
