Connor Lawrence

Connor Lawrence is an experienced professional currently serving as Director of Business Transformation at DigiCert since July 2025 and as a Partner at Pioneer Venture Group since September 2024, focusing on investing in angel and seed stage startups in the Rocky Mountain region. Connor co-founded Oso Adventure Meals in February 2022 and previously held significant roles at PicnicHealth, including Head of Business & Revenue Operations and Head of Business Operations, from December 2021 to July 2025. Prior experience includes various positions at Ping Identity, Epic, and internships with the City of Dayton and the United States Senate. Connor holds an Executive MBA from the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business, a B.A. in Political Science with double minors in International Business and Marketing from the University of Dayton, and a certificate in Business and Politics in the European Union from Richmond American University London.
