Nicola Tilston

Nicola Tilston is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent management, project management, and organizational transformation. Currently serving as HR Lead at DigiHaul since November 2020, Nicola previously held several key positions at DHL Supply Chain, including Head of Driver Programme and Talent Management Lead. Significant projects include leading the UK Finance Transformation Programme, managing the closure of the UK Defined Benefit Pension Scheme, and overseeing a two-year HR transformation initiative. Nicola's expertise also extends to regional project portfolio management and account coordination within DHL Global Forwarding and involvement in various roles starting from a graduate scheme. Nicola holds a Bsc (Hons) in Business and Information Systems from The University of Sheffield.
