Majid Abolghasemi

Majid Abolghasemi is a distinguished professional in the field of software engineering and artificial intelligence, currently serving as the Director of Software at Roadern since July 2021, where responsibility includes the design and development of an innovative AI platform for road asset management. Majid also holds the position of Engineering Tech Lead for Big Data and AI at Digikala.com, the largest e-commerce platform in Iran and the Middle East, overseeing teams that focus on enhancing user experience and optimizing business profitability. Previous experience includes roles as a Tech Lead and Data Scientist at Digikala, where contributions spanned personalized recommendations, search enhancements, and image processing solutions, as well as a Data Scientist role at Bamilo, where efforts improved on-site search performance and implemented advanced recommendation systems. Majid Abolghasemi possesses a Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Software Engineering from K. N. Toosi University of Technology.
