Rekha Kapoor

Rekha Kapoor is a seasoned professional in quality engineering with extensive experience across various leading organizations. Currently serving as the Chairperson of the Women's Circle of Excellence-ERG and Manager of Quality Engineering at Digimarc since June 2022, Rekha has held significant roles such as Senior QA Manager at Spring Health and QA Manager at Duke Energy Corporation. Prior roles include Test Lead at Bank of America, Senior Lead at Harley Davidson through Compuware, and QA Lead at FIS. Rekha's earlier experience also includes positions at Sungard, Fujitsu Consulting, HCL Technologies, and Birlasoft Ltd, beginning with a foundation as a Software Engineer. Rekha holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from the Government College of Engineering and Technology.
