Previously, Francesca held the position of Art Director at Technicolor from 2008 to November 2015, where notable work included titles for films such as "Il Racconto dei Racconti" and "La Grande Bellezza." Earlier in the career, Francesca served as Associate Creative Director at Sitcom from 1997 to 2008, focusing on brand identity for various clients including Marco Polo and INN. Francesca earned a degree in Scenografia, Arte, Comunicazione from Accademia di Belle Arti between 1979 and 1982.
