Sumit Kumar

Sumit Kumar is a Senior Automation Engineer currently working at DIGIT, a Scopely Studio since 2022. Prior to this, they were a Senior Automation Engineer at Munich Re Automation Solutions Ltd from 2020. From 2013 to 2020, they were a Senior Application Developer at Volvo Group where they worked as an independent contributor for a project to map the internal services using Spring Boot, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap. Sumit also ensured code quality control through peer-to-peer reviews, SONAR checks, end to end testing, and performance testing of the application. Sumit was involved in all aspects of the software development lifecycle including system design, development, testing, and deployment for a customer-facing web portal.

Sumit Kumar has an extensive education history. From 1997 to 2007, they attended DAV Nandraj Public School and achieved their X std degree. From 2007 to 2009, they attended DAV Public School and achieved their XII std degree. From 2009 to 2013, they attended Bangalore Institute of Technology and achieved their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Science and Engineering. Finally, from 2018 to 2019, they attended Trinity College Dublin and achieved their Master of Science degree in Computer Science (Augmented and Virtual Reality).
