Michael Fisher

Michael Fisher is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the pet care and technology sectors. Currently serving as the VP of Strategic Initiatives at Digitail since April 2025, Fisher focuses on enhancing veterinarians' work-life balance. Previously, as Co-Founder and CEO of Cooper Pet Care from January 2021 to January 2024, Fisher led the development of an innovative platform connecting pet owners with certified veterinarians through video calls, eliminating long wait times and high costs. Additional experience includes an Entrepreneur in Residence role at Antler, where less than 5% of annual applicants are selected, and leadership positions at Lime and Uber, where significant expansions were achieved in the EMEA region and Central and Eastern Europe, respectively. Fisher holds an M.B.A. from INSEAD and a Master’s degree in International Business from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations.
