Hrant Abajyan

Hrant Abajyan is an experienced professional in operations and management, currently serving as the Problem Management Team Lead at Digitain since May 2024. Previously, Hrant held roles such as Operations Manager and Contact Center Team Lead at TotoGaming from May 2023 to September 2024, and served as an Incident Manager and Contact Center Coordinator at Digitain from February 2022 to May 2023. Hrant's earlier experience includes positions as an NDI Fellow and NDI Intern at the National Assembly of Republic of Armenia, along with a role as a Customer Service Specialist at Digitain. In addition to operational roles, Hrant has a background in education as a Guitar Teacher at the Musical School after Al. Hekimyan. Hrant holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Yerevan State University, with foundational education in music and general studies from prestigious institutions.
