Graham Davison has over 30 years of work experience in various industries. Graham started as a 3rd Engineer Officer in Northern Marine Manning Services Ltd in 1988. Graham later worked as a Process Supervisor in McCain Foods (GB) Ltd in 1993 and as a Regional Operations Manager in Air Products in 1995. In 2003, they became an Operations Manager in Voyage Decoration and a Project Manager in Ailsa Project Management Ltd in 2004. From 2007 to 2010, they were a Director in Gralyn (Glasgow) Limited. Graham then became a Contract Interim Manufacturing Manager in Digital Barriers plc in 2013 and a Project Manager Security Systems in the same company in 2014. In 2010, they became a Director in Lifecote Scotland Ltd until 2016. In 2015, they joined Digital Barriers as a Senior Project Manager. Graham is currently working there as Head of Operations since 2019 while still holding the Senior Project Manager position.

Graham Davison obtained a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Strathclyde in 1993. Graham later pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) at the Strathclyde Business School from 1998 to 2000.
