Philip Young is the Director for Policy, Research & Strategic Engagement at Digital Catapult. Philip was previously the Head of Future Foreign Policy at the Foreign & Commonwealth Office.

Philip Young has a Masters in International Relations from the University of London, where they also got their undergraduate degree in Philip'story. Philip also has a certification from Birkbeck, University of London in Financial Markets and Investment Banking.
