Ryan Jolly is an accomplished legal professional with experience primarily focused on mergers and acquisitions, along with capital markets, financing, and restructuring matters. Currently serving as Associate Counsel for Investments at Digital Currency Group since May 2022, Ryan previously worked as an Associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP from September 2019 to May 2022. Ryan’s legal journey began as a Summer Associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in 2018 and as a Summer Law Student at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP in 2017. In addition to a robust legal career, Ryan has demonstrated strong leadership and business acumen as a Regional Manager and Consultant for College Pro, where innovative business models were developed and executed. Ryan holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto and a Master of Business Administration with a major in Finance/Investment Banking from the Rotman School of Management, achieving high academic honors, alongside a Bachelor of Arts from Western University with an emphasis in Philosophy.
