Graeme Smeaton has extensive experience in the costume and retail sectors, currently serving in multiple roles at MorphCostumes and Royal & Awesome since February 2012. Notable positions include leading the Amazon channel, driving significant sales growth, and managing new acquisitions to sustain business expansion. As General Manager of Fun Shack, Graeme played a pivotal role in integrating the company post-acquisition and enhancing sales and profits. Additionally, Graeme co-founded Royal & Awesome, achieving seven-figure revenues through effective consumer strategies. Earlier experience includes various positions at Kraft Foods and Cadbury plc., culminating in a solid foundation in sales, marketing, and brand management. Graeme holds a First Class BEng Hons degree in Mechanical Engineering with Management from The University of Edinburgh.

MorphCostumes was founded in 2009 in Edinburgh, Scotland by brothers Fraser and Ali Smeaton and friend Gregor Lawson. Originally the creator of the iconic spandex costumes, Morphsuits, it has now expanded it's range to include over 1000 costume designs of all types for men, women and children. Covering every fancy dress occasion from Halloween and Christmas to stag dos, sporting events and school specials such as World Book Day. The company holds licenses with, among others, Marvel, Hasbro and WWE and, as part of its wider AFG Media operation, owns iconic golf-wear business Royal and Awesome which is run by Graeme Smeaton. Selling across all major online platforms in the USA, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Canada, Mexico and Australia, in 2022 MorphCostumes recorded a 72% increase in annual turnover to a record £33.1m
