Gregor Lawson serves as the Chairman of the Halloween & Costume Association since May 2021, focusing on promoting safe Halloween celebrations and year-round costumed events across North America. As the Owner and Sales & Marketing Director of Morphsuits, Gregor Lawson launched one of the most recognized costume brands and expanded into various best-selling costume formats. Previous experience includes a scholarship at The Marketing Academy and roles at Procter & Gamble, including Brand Manager for Pringles in Geneva and Assistant Brand Manager for Pantene in both Weybridge and Dublin. Gregor Lawson holds a degree from The University of Edinburgh and attended Dollar Academy.

MorphCostumes was founded in 2009 in Edinburgh, Scotland by brothers Fraser and Ali Smeaton and friend Gregor Lawson. Originally the creator of the iconic spandex costumes, Morphsuits, it has now expanded it's range to include over 1000 costume designs of all types for men, women and children. Covering every fancy dress occasion from Halloween and Christmas to stag dos, sporting events and school specials such as World Book Day. The company holds licenses with, among others, Marvel, Hasbro and WWE and, as part of its wider AFG Media operation, owns iconic golf-wear business Royal and Awesome which is run by Graeme Smeaton. Selling across all major online platforms in the USA, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Canada, Mexico and Australia, in 2022 MorphCostumes recorded a 72% increase in annual turnover to a record £33.1m
