Guillermo Willi

Guillermo Willi is an experienced leader in organizational development and human resources, currently serving as a Catalyst at nowhere Group Ltd since September 2023, focusing on innovation and strategic alignment in Latin America. As Executive Director at Digital House since July 2021, Guillermo also played an advisory role for the Migrant Women Network at Ashoka from July to September 2023, and directed the CHRO Master Program at UADE Business School until September 2023. Previously, Guillermo held key HR leadership positions at Globant, Microsoft, PAMPA ENERGIA, and Electronic Data Systems. Guillermo's academic background includes leadership development training at Harvard Kennedy School and a master's degree in Business and Human Resources from Cornell University.
