Jennifer Heras Cordon has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Jennifer started their career as a Project Manager at TeliaSonera in 1997. Jennifer then transitioned to a Business Consultant/Project Manager role at Capgemini, where they worked for five years. In 2006, they joined Hudson as a Recruiter before moving to DICE (EA Digital Illusions CE AB) in 2007. At DICE, they served as a Line Manager (Talent & People Manager) for a decade, overseeing talent and people management. In 2017, Jennifer joined The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a Nordic HR Manager, responsible for implementing people processes in the Nordic countries. Jennifer then moved to Electronic Arts (EA) in 2018 as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, driving strategic people processes. Currently, they hold the position of Content Craft People Director at DICE, where they are responsible for talent and people management, budgeting, recruitment, and career development.

Jennifer Heras Cordon obtained a Degree of Master of Science in business administration from Stockholm University, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. Prior to that, they attended Frans Schartaus Business Institute in 1991 and 1992, focusing on exports and imports.
