Carrie Hunter

Carrie Hunter currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition for North America at Digital Realty since April 2024. Prior to this role, Hunter held the same title at Ericsson from November 2021 to April 2024, focusing on diverse talent acquisition. Extensive experience includes positions at Texas Instruments, where responsibilities as Global Talent Acquisition Director involved leading university and diversity recruiting initiatives, and as Global Recruiting Manager for Sales Engineering and Product Marketing. At Dell, Hunter worked in various roles, including Diversity & University Relations Leader for North America and Senior Manager for Latin America Talent Acquisition. Earlier career experience includes roles at Spherion, Microsoft, and Raytheon Company. Hunter holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism/Public Relations from the University of Oklahoma.
