Reid Hoff

Reid Hoff is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales compensation and financial analysis. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Global Sales Compensation at Digital Realty since June 2017, Reid has previously held roles as Sales Compensation Manager and Analyst within the same company. As an Independent Consultant at EASI-Consult, Reid developed pricing models and financial projections to enhance profitability and investor relations. Prior experience includes senior analytical roles at Dimension Data, where complex Excel models for sales data management were constructed for a large sales team, and earlier experience at First Savings Mortgage coordinating final document processes. Reid holds a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from George Mason University and a degree from Coastal Carolina University.
