Roxana Parfene has extensive experience in HR and operations management, having worked as an HR Business Partner at their own company since May 2016. Prior to that, Roxana gained valuable experience at Continental as an HR Administration and Payroll Specialist. Currently, Roxana holds the position of HR and Operations Manager at Digital Science for Romania and Germany, where Roxana focuses on employee compensation, benefits, procedures, training delivery, and labor rights consultancy.
