Jason started their career in the banking industry at Scotia Capital, where they held positions as a Senior Associate in the Steel & Metals Group, Corporate Banking from January 1998 to January 2000, and as an Associate, Corporate Banking from April 1997 to December 1997.

Jason Nitschke earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they studied from 1992 to 1996.
