Joshua Qualtieri began their career in 1996 as a Technical Director at Pixar Animation Studios, where they worked on various films and projects. In 1997, they founded ZombieSmith, a tabletop gaming and custom digital services company, where they served as the Owner. At ZombieSmith, they successfully led and operationalized all gaming and digital services, published multiple tabletop games, and led marketing and advertising efforts. In 2010, they became an Instructor at Ex'pression College, mentoring students on their final senior projects. In 2012, they co-founded Steel Wool Studios and served as the Co-Founder and CCO until 2018. Currently, they work as a Supervising Technical Artist at DigitalFish. In addition to their work experience, Joshua has also published several books.
