Kimberly Batista

Kimberly Batista is a seasoned professional in organizational development and human resources, currently serving as a Senior Organizational Development Program Manager at DigitalOcean since March 2022. Previously, Kimberly worked at Foot Locker, Inc. as an Associate Human Resources Generalist, facilitating key people processes across various departments from January 2020 to March 2022. At The John Gore Organization, Kimberly managed the employee life cycle and maintained HRIS records for over 2,000 employees. Initial experiences include roles as a Program Assistant at the Social Science Research Council and a Human Resources Intern at the American Friends of the Hebrew University. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Korean Studies from Binghamton University, with prior education at Queens College.
