William Lieberman has extensive experience in various leadership roles within finance, operations, and strategic advising. William founded and currently serves as the Managing Partner of The CEO's Right Hand, providing fractional finance, operations, and human resources services to help businesses grow and scale. William also acts as the COO of Epiphany Systems, a cybersecurity company focused on improving cyber risk decision making. In addition, William has held positions such as CFO/COO at Digitalware Inc, Strategic Advisor & CFO at Strata Sustainability, and Strategic Advisor at Crispy Green. William has also served as a Partner at Shōri Capital, a finance company focused on growth opportunities, and Fusion Water Solutions, a water solutions platform. William's experience includes being the Director of Finance and Administration at Adgorithmics, a B2B AdTech company, and President & CFO at Interactive Donor Corp, a disruptive charitable donation model. Prior to these roles, William co-founded Xtiva Financial Systems, where they served as CEO and CFO, leading the development and execution of the company's long-term strategy. Under their leadership, Xtiva grew to over $10 million in revenue and 100+ clients.
William Lieberman completed their Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering at UC San Diego from 1982 to 1987. William then pursued further education, earning a Master of Science in Computer Science from UCLA from 1988 to 1991. Additionally, during the same period, they attended the UCLA Anderson School of Management to obtain their Master of Business Administration with a focus on Information Systems.
