Lydia Cassada

Lydia Cassada currently serves as Vice President and Director of New Business at Digitas North America, a position held since March 2024. Previously, Lydia directed new business efforts at Grey Group from January 2023 to March 2024 and held the role of Senior Manager for New Business at Doremus from October 2019 to December 2022. Lydia's earlier experience includes a managerial position at Omnicom for The Collective, where independent creative agencies collaborated within the group. Additional roles were held at Teesnap as an MMS Representative, Zimmerman Advertising as a Marketing Coordinator, and various internships at Viacom, Amonte Sports, and Navigate Research. Lydia earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Northwestern University, where athletic achievements included balancing rigorous academics as part of the Women's Lacrosse Team and advancing to the NCAA Final Four in 2014.
