Helen Chilton

Helen Chilton has a diverse work experience. Helen started their career as a Financial Futures Broker at Natwest Capital Markets in 1995 and worked there until 2001. After a career break to raise their family from 2001 to 2010, they joined Faith Recruitment as a Consultant in 2011 and stayed there until 2013. In 2013, they worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Hale Recruitment Ltd for a few months. From 2014 to 2019, they worked as a Business Manager at Nyman Resourcing Limited. In 2019, they joined EDF as part of their in-house recruitment team, focusing on tech requisitions, and worked there until 2020. Currently, they are working at Digiterre as a Client Engagement Manager & Technical Recruiter.

Helen Chilton holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) HONS degree in Economics from Queen's University. In addition, they have obtained a certification in PSM 1 from Scrum.org in February 2022.
