Currently serving as the Head of AI Center of Excellence at Digitide since April 2025, Raman focuses on transforming business processes through AI and digital technologies. Previously, as Senior Vice President of Customer Experience at Conneqt Business Solutions from January 2022 to April 2025, Raman empowered businesses with innovative CX solutions and practices. Raman also held various leadership roles at Conneqt, including Vice President of Customer Experience and Vice President of Operations, and has over 15 years of experience in operations and customer support across multiple organizations including Tata Business Support Services and ANDROMEDA BPO. Education includes an Executive MBA in Business Administration from IIT Bombay in partnership with Washington University in St. Louis, showcasing a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
