Rubin Haxhiymeri

Rubin Haxhiymeri is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Growth and Products at DigitSapiens since March 2025, while also fulfilling the role of Lecturer at the University of New York Tirana, teaching the "Computer Organization and System Architecture" module. Prior to these positions, Rubin held multiple leadership roles in Revenue Operations, Strategic Partnerships, and Product Growth at CARDO AI from August 2021 to March 2025, and worked at Vodafone as an Agile Coach and Radio Network Optimisation Engineer from October 2015 to August 2021. Rubin began a career in engineering as a Junior Project Engineer at Sony in 2012. Educational credentials include a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Telecommunications Systems from the University of Surrey, complemented by executive training programs in Digital and Advanced Digital Transformation from IEDC - Bled School of Management. Additionally, Rubin obtained a University Preparatory Certificate for Science and Engineering from UCL.
