Rachel Gatewood

Rachel Gatewood is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel at DigniFi since January 2022, Rachel has held multiple legal leadership roles at previous organizations including Petal, Stash, and Deutsche Bank. With expertise in regulatory compliance, product counsel, and entertainment law, Rachel has also provided advisory services as General Counsel at D&J Entertainment Holdings, LLC, and operated as an Entertainment Attorney. Rachel holds a Juris Doctor from the University at Buffalo School of Law and has furthered education with a certificate from Columbia University School of Professional Studies in Sports Industry Essentials, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Niagara University.
